Do I need an account?
No. Abledo works fully without one. Signing in with Google is only for syncing your tasks across more than one device, or for using Teams, which needs an account to know who's who.
Where is my data if I don't sign in?
In this browser's own local storage, on this device only. Clearing your browser's site data or uninstalling the app removes it — there's no copy anywhere else, because none was ever sent anywhere.
What happens to my local tasks if I sign in later?
The first time you sign in, Abledo notices any tasks already saved on this device and offers to bring them into your account. Nothing is imported automatically or silently.
Can I use Abledo on more than one device?
Yes, once you're signed in — see "Signing in and syncing devices". Without an account, each device keeps its own separate set of tasks.
Is there a mobile app?
Abledo runs as a web app that installs like a native app on Android (and works in any mobile browser). Reminders work the same way whether it's installed or open in a browser tab.
How do I delete my account?
Settings → Account has a "Delete account" option. It removes your account and everything tied to it — see "Your account and your data" for exactly what that includes.
