Signing in is entirely optional. What it adds:
- Your tasks sync across every device you sign into, instead of staying on just one.
- You stay signed in for 60 days of activity — that resets every day you actually use Abledo, so it isn't a hard 60-day timer.
- Teams and shared projects become available, since collaborating needs an account to identify who's who.
- Reminders can be delivered as real push notifications, even with Abledo closed.
The first time you sign in, if you already had tasks saved on this device, Abledo asks whether to bring them into your account — nothing is merged automatically.
