Settings → Import accepts a block of JSON describing a day's tasks — the intended use is pasting in a plan you had ChatGPT or another assistant write for you, using the prompt Abledo gives you there.
It's forgiving about the exact shape of the JSON but strict about the values inside it — anything it can't confidently understand is flagged as a warning rather than silently dropped or guessed at. Nothing is created until you review the parsed list and confirm it.
