Notes are simple: a title (its first line) and whatever text follows. They live on this device only and aren't part of account sync — a deliberate scope, kept lightweight on purpose.
Open a note from a task to link the two together; the task then shows a small chip linking back to it. Links are one-way from the note, and a blank note is discarded rather than saved when you close it.
