Local-first, cloud optional
Everything you do without signing in stays on this device, in this browser. It works fully offline and nothing is sent anywhere. Sign in with Google whenever you want your tasks to follow you to another phone or computer — see "Signing in and syncing devices" for what changes.
The basics
- Add a task by typing a title and pressing Enter.
- Click a task to set a priority, due date, notes, or a checklist of steps.
- Check the circle on the left to mark it done.
- Use the sidebar (or the bottom bar on a phone) to switch between My tasks, Calendar, Focus, Notes and the rest.
Nothing here is locked behind a plan. Personal task management — unlimited tasks, lists, due dates, reminders and repeats — is free forever.
